Working Group 5
Dissemination and engagement
WG5 aims to maximise the visibility, accessibility, and impact of INFOTECH-DATA by strategically disseminating scientific outcomes and engaging researchers, industry, and wider stakeholder communities. This WG will ensure that the protocols, tools, and knowledge generated within the Action are communicated effectively and adopted across Europe and beyond. WG5 plays a cross-cutting role, supporting all Working Groups by coordinating outreach, education, website and social media content, and promotional materials, as well as contributing to annual and final reporting. It also leads activities such as organizing meetings, training schools, and thematic workshops. Overall, WG5 ensures that the Action’s outputs reach the right audiences, foster community building, and support long-term implementation of the methodologies developed.
SUB-GOALS
01- Strategic communication
Develop and implement a communication/dissemination strategy to share INFOTECH-DATA output and activities within the Action and outside
02- Community engagement
To build and sustain an active community of researchers, industry and other stakeholders through events, meetings, training schools, workshops etc.
03- Capacity building
To support knowledge transfer and skills development through webinars, individual scientific missions and conference grants.
